As a Director of Design in our Consumer Group you will be responsible for:

• Managing a team of highly motivated designers working together to drive growth between our Credit Karma and TurboTax ecosystem across mobile and web
• Becoming an internal and external champion, evangelist, and expert for our personal financial management solutions
• Drive a culture of innovation and experimentation across all of our cross-functional teams
• Overseeing product design and customer insights and as we accelerate our growth and continue to deliver innovative and beautifully designed solutions to our Credit Karma and TurboTax customers
• Managing timely deliverables with strong communication and cross functional partnering skills with the ability to gain shared vision on challenging decisions and priority trade-offs.
• Engaging with development, product management, marketing and analytics to execute strategy and deliver results
• Actively analyze products’ business performance and use metrics to make informed decisions
