This position is based at our Corporate headquarters in Everett, WA.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate a team responsible for Infrastructure Management and IT service delivery
• Develop a strategic roadmap for leveraging new technologies in the infrastructure space
• Implement and manage outsourcing partners for infrastructure support services
• Evaluate and refine business processes for timely support and problem resolution
• Create and maintain technical documentation supporting infrastructure management and IT operations
• Oversee and develop education and technical programs to maintain network and information security
• Continually evaluate service delivery performance and manage resources to adapt to business growth
• Establish and implement automated reporting procedures to measure KPIs

Pay range:

$150,000- $200,000

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of management experience and 7 to 10 years in IT service operations, business application development & management, or infrastructure/network operations
• Organizational Awareness, Technical/Professional Knowledge, Customer Service Orientation
• Autonomy in defining effective methods and executing objectives
• Excellent leadership, relationship management, and team motivation skills
