Director of Operations

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Director of Operations to join our team. As the Director of Operations in a start up gym, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our company's operations. This especially includes managing fitness coaches and motivating / on-ramping gym members. This is a senior leadership position that requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and business development skills.

Duties:
- Lead and manage fitness coaches.
- Meet with, motivate, and delight new / potential members to the gym.
- Oversee the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and processes
- Coach classes with excellence, setting the bar high other coaches
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement
- Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion
- Maintain and have equipment maintained
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business or a related field preferred, not required
- Experience in the fitness industry preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Natural gifting to motivate, connect and encourage individuals
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute long-term plans
- Strong business skills with a focus on business growth and analyzing performance
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
