Email/Notes Group Director is responsible for all aspects of the email/notes group. Oversees the design, development, release, and maintenance of email application systems. Being an Email/Notes Group Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a top management. The new Worship Director at Living Hope will have the opportunity to join the existing and well-equipped team. As the leader of the entire worship ministry, the new Worship Director will work collaboratively with Pastor Blair so there is unity in the planning of worship services and the overall vision and direction of the ministry. Day-to-day responsibilities for the new Worship Director will include leading the overall worship ministry, planning worship music, all the details of corporate worship services, and being responsible for content, mood, and production, with a goal toward the exaltation of Christ, sensitivity to the Holy Spirit, creativity, and excellence.
Must be a mature believer who demonstrates an intimate and growing relationship with Christ.
Must be a man of integrity, be a team player able to collaborate with church staff and Elder/Pastor team, have a servant’s heart, be doctrinally sound, and be emotionally and relationally mature (see 1 Timothy 3:1-7; Titus 1:5-9).
Must be highly relational with a heart for discipleship and development of the worship team.
Must be able to work diligently, equip others, initiate as a leader, be creative, and anticipate ministry opportunities.
Must be organized, a good communicator, and eager to collaborate with the Senior PastorMust have experience with relative relevant? worship software such as Planning Center, ProPresenter, and preferably Ableton/Prime/Playback.
Advanced level of vocal and musical competence.
Able to play at least one instrument, preferably acoustic guitar.
