Automotive Service Director needed for family owned new-car dealership in the Dover, NH area. Growing import dealership and reputable organization. The successful candidate is a highly organized and process driven Service Manager that sees the big picture and doesn't get lost in the details. This is a great opportunity for a Service Director that leads by example, is a true mentor to their team, and brings a positive and consistent attitude to work each day. It is important that the Service Manager hired has great CSI and promotes a goal oriented work environment for their team. The department is in good condition, but there ton of untouched potential that is not being capitalized on which is why the dealer is looking for an energetic and proactive Service Manager that can lead their service department to the next level. It is important that the Service Director hired ensures that the technicians are doing multipoint inspections on every vehicle coming in for service AND that the service advisors are recommending work to customers as suggested by the technicians. Must understand the numbers and KPIs to drive profit and properly manage the department. This is a great long-term opportunity with a low turnover organization and underutilized Service Department that will flourish with the right leadership.

Compensation:

• Compensation range will likely be in the $150,000 - $170,000 range to start depending on experience, performance, and track record with true growth opportunity as the department grows.
