Schedule | Starting Pay:

• Day Shift | 7am - 3pm | $14.00
• Mid Shift | 11am - 7pm | $14.25
• Mini Shift | 7am - 7pm | $14.25 | 3 days on / 4 days off
• Full Time & Part Time
• Weekends & Holidays

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and process alarms, trouble signals, and supervisory signals as they are received.
• Determines appropriate entity to contact, such as, police, fire or ambulance.
• Places necessary outgoing calls to verify an alarm, dispatch the proper authorities, and notify responsible parties.
• Needs the ability to remain calm and speak clearly to customers.
• Properly documents all responses for the alarm within the alarm monitoring software via computer.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• No previous experience required
• Must pass drug screen and criminal background check
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Able to attend training for 3 weeks ( Mon - Fri / 9am to 4pm )
• Authorized to work in the United States
• At least 18 years old
