The Emergency Dispatcher works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Dispatcher Description:
The Dispatcher position provides fast and friendly client service to both internal and external clients. They manage day-to-day workflow efficiently while providing best in class service to our clients. Additionally, the positions supports general office duties.
Responsibilities:- Answer client calls; provide responses and feedback to clients regarding service queries.
- Schedule jobs for technicians.
- Primary contact for field technicians calling in for assistance.
- Make outbound calls to clients to schedule appointments.
- Manage client concerns and work to resolve them efficiently and effectively.
- Enter client data into software.
- Handle office tasks such as maintaining supplies, compiling data, creating client thank-you notes, assisting with marketing/sales efforts, and general office admin duties as assigned.
- Ability to answer phones and book calls after regular business hours (bonuses apply).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Team player, energetic, positive attitude.
- Good time management skills.
- Problem solving skills, attention to detail.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Must be self motivated and have a sense of urgency.
