Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate transportation routes for drivers to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
• Utilize dispatching software such as Verizon Connect, Route Genie, and Ring Central to monitor and manage driver activities.
• Communicate with drivers and clients to provide updates, address concerns, and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Adapt to changing priorities and emergencies by adjusting routes and schedules as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including route changes, delays, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize operations and improve efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Dispatcher in the transportation industry.
• Familiarity with dispatching software such as Verizon Connect, Route Genie, and Ring Central.
• Deep knowledge of Tallahassee and the surrounding areas.

Pay: $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
