We are currently looking for a Dispatcher to join our Team!

Position Summary: Maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed. Schedule return trips with customers and when parts are in. Maintain the on-call schedule for the service technicians. Maintain customer database with current information.

Pay: $18.00/hr to $20.00/hr Depending on Experience

• Paid time Off - Vacation starts accruing after 90 days 1.5 hrs per pay period up to 40 hours annually for the first three years.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Organizational skills
• Advanced customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
• Computer skills
• Knowledge of industry is recommended but not required
• 2 years of office/customer service experience
• Be customer-focused
