    Job Summary: As the Director of Emergency Services, you'll oversee operations to ensure high-quality patient care. Lead service development, personnel management, and resource allocation to deliver excellence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and solve real/potential problems affecting service
    • Participate in hospital committees, providing ongoing communication
    • Advance patient experience agenda in the Emergency Department
    • Coach and mentor subordinates, ensuring individual development
    • Enforce standards of emergency department care and ensure compliance
    • Develop, implement, and evaluate ongoing emergency services program
    • Monitor compliance with regulatory and accrediting standards
    • Ensure department's operational excellence and quality services delivery
    • Support recruitment process to secure staffing talent

    Qualifications:

    • πŸŽ“ Bachelor's degree in nursing required; Master's degree preferred
    • πŸ’Ό 3 years of experience in emergency services and leadership role
    • πŸ“ Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in Florida
