As the Emergency Department Director for our recently expanded Community ED, you will have the unique opportunity to develop, coordinate and evaluate the daily functions of our 70-bed department. With an average of 160 patients daily, ranging from moderate to high acuity, you will use your excellent leadership and clinical experience will be integral to the fostering of a clinical learning and highly collaborative team environment.Our recently expanded and redesigned ED includes 12 new beds, a new rapid assessment and special care unit services, and an expanded and centralized imaging department near the ED. You will be joining the largest healthcare system in the region and have the opportunity to share and expand your expertise in the field amid significant growth.Education & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Nursing required
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for Bachelor's Degree
5 years of clinical experience in the Emergency Services setting required
