Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to emergency repair situations, assess property damage, and consult with clients on the expertise and benefits offered by our company.
- Act as a priority responder, arriving quickly at the scene of any fire emergency to engage with affected property owners and facilitate the implementation of property recovery initiatives.
- Utilize fire/police calls and emergency notification systems to identify and respond to relevant calls for service.
- Educate consumers on company products and services, providing information and guidance to address their needs.
- Actively sell company services and products to property owners in need, overcoming competition in emergency situations.
- Monitor and interpret lead sources, utilizing emergency notification systems to identify and respond to relevant calls.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with local emergency response agencies and the broader community.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers and homeowners, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Track and document job activities on a weekly basis, maintaining a detailed log of responses, interactions, and outcomes.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of customer information, including the date and time of the call, contact information, agency name, and agency contact details.
Qualifications:- Ability to react quickly and respond to emergency situations as they arise.
- Experience in cold call marketing and sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Availability to work 24 hours when emergency situations arise.
- High level of customer service, empathy, and compassion for homeowners.
