- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a healthcare or nonprofit setting
- Knowledge of patient monitoring, acute care, care plans, medical records, critical care, Medicare, medical terminology, home health, case management
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience supervising a team of professionals
