```Duties```
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the organization's operations and programs
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to achieve organizational goals
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to promote effective communication and coordination
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes to ensure quality and effectiveness
- Manage budgets and financial resources to optimize efficiency and sustainability
- Represent the organization in meetings, conferences, and other professional settings

```Experience```
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a healthcare or nonprofit setting
- Knowledge of patient monitoring, acute care, care plans, medical records, critical care, Medicare, medical terminology, home health, case management
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience supervising a team of professionals

Pay: $64,625.60 - $67,496.00 per year
