Emergency Services Director directs the staff and programs of the emergency services unit. Develops and introduces approved standards and guidelines for emergency service programs. The CSR will work closely with the veterinary staff and all other departments within the hospital as well as with clients. Primary responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, providing hospitalized pet updates to clients, cashiering, and medical record maintenance. These duties include, but are not limited to:

Experience: Interested candidates should have familiarity with Windows based computer programs, handling financial transactions, and routing phone calls. It is preferred that persons have a minimum of 1-year customer service-related experience and a high school diploma or G.E.D.
**Minimum 2 years of veterinary client service experience is required, emergency/specialty experience is preferred**
