The Nursing Director of Emergency Services and ICU will be responsible for all Acute Care Services, as well as the Emergency Department. The Nurse Director of ED and Acute Care Services will work closely with and report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer CNO and Chief of Surgery. This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations of all departments, managing departmental budgeting, in addition to handling other administrative duties as assigned. The new Director will have the wonderful opportunity to oversee a team of Nurse Managers and Clinical Coordinators, serving as a liaison between nursing staff, patients, and their families, as well as motivating staff and promoting an attitude of excellence.

Requirements for the Perioperative Services Nurse Director role include:

• Active RN Licensure in the State of Colorado (or Compact)
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 4 years of progressive clinical leadership experience in ICU or ED
