Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate has experience with accounting software such as Xero and QuickBooks, and is detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Duties:
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including journal entries, general ledger accounts, and bank reconciliations
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Generate financial reports and statements
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Assist with payroll processing
- Collaborate with the corporate accounting team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Quicken-Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
- Familiarity with budgeting processes
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
