The Senior Manager, Employee Communications, is a skilled storyteller and a champion of employee engagement who is focused on the overall strategic message platform for internal communications. Through effective written and oral communications, this individual advances employee engagement, communicates executive messages, builds community, and drives cultural and business imperatives in a way that creates excitement among employees.
S/he is responsible for ensuring consistent messaging in various corporate employee communications vehicles, leveraging the full array of communications solutions and seeks to develop new, cost-effective tools that support increased engagement. The candidate will bring experience implementing and executing large enterprise-wide initiatives.
The role is ideal for an outstanding professional with at least 10-12 years of professional experience and a proven track record of success in the areas of employee communications, executive communications, corporate communications, and change communication (either in a corporate or agency setting). Experience in applying artificial intelligence to corporate communications would be icing on the cake.
