A new, 144-bed behavioral health facility - Beaumont Behavioral Hospital provides a full continuum of inpatient services across the entire patient population, including specialty programs to serve adolescents, adults and older adults, and perform behavioral health assessments 24 hours a day. Additionally, programs for co-occurring behavioral health and substance use issues are offered to meet the unique needs of this patient population. The facility provides a robust outpatient program utilizing a combination of group, family and individual therapy.

Position Summary
The primary objective of the Director of Communications is to design, create and deliver marketing programs internally and externally to support expansion and growth of company services, products, and brand. The Director of Communications develops and manages a variety of digital assets, marketing campaigns, digital touch points and owns maintenance of analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting. Present, track and manage hospital campaigns, working with Regional Director of Business Development to assess and improve strategies and tactics. This role requires strong implementation skills with the ability to manage a variety of key initiatives concurrently such as coordinates media events, manage social media accounts, public relations campaigns, i.e. conferences.
