Employee Communications Director manages the development and implementation of all internal communication programs within an organization. Oversees the design and implementation of communication programs to support and reinforce organizational objectives and comply with regulations. Being an Employee Communications Director manages project deliverables and timelines. Ensures consistent messaging themes and effective content selections. Additionally, Employee Communications Director manages the collaboration with public relations or corporate communications teams to produce clear and consistent communications. Compensation
The salary range for this position is: $69,500 - $104,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.
Location
This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
