Job Summary and Qualifications
The TriStar Greenview Director Communications and Community Engagement is an extension of the Division Marketing and Corporate Affairs team working onsite at local hospitals to support promotion of the HCA Healthcare family of brands, as well as the division’s growth agenda. The position reports directly to the TriStar Division AVP, Strategic Communications with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the hospital CEO. This individual sits on the hospital’s administrative leadership team playing a critical role in representing the HCA Healthcare mission, purpose and strategic vision via the hospital setting, both internally and externally, by identifying opportunities to engage stakeholders through productive communication and relationship building.
The facility director participates in the development and execution of communications and community engagement plans for the hospital’s local market, and supports marketing efforts in alignment with division and corporate/group-developed objectives, strategies and tactics for marketing and corporate affairs. Keeping current in terms of community needs, issues and opportunities relevant to the organization, the director drives collaboration and execution of community engagement activities and serves as the lead hospital communicator.
