Summary of Position
The Development and Communications Director is a vital member of the Girls Inc. of Greater of Lowell team; the position is responsible for providing an advanced level of administrative support in areas of donor communications and gift management, as well as event coordination. Focus areas include managing the fundraising database, coordinating the administration of the donor acknowledgement program, coordinating fundraising communications, social media and the annual fund appeals, and donor events.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary ranges from $75,000 to $80,000. Salary is based on years of experience, degree of education, and level of expertise. A benefit package is also offered.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
This position requires the ability to operate phones, computers, and other office equipment, and the physical ability to perform light lifting. Work is performed in an office, and this person may be required to travel to various locations in the Greater Lowell community.
