This position champions assigned communications tasks or projects with autonomy to apply strategic influence within scope and quality standards.
Director of Communications primarily works on-site in a professional office setting at the Rock Island, Illinois, location during standard hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST. Additionally, CMB offers the opportunity for hybrid schedule consisting of two (2) days' remote work contingent upon meeting introductory period requirements. Working for the #1 regional center requires domestic and/or international travel up to 10%.
