    Responsibilities:

    • Manage client relationships and service client needs
    • Send requests for proposal to carriers
    • Analyze carrier proposals and negotiate a competitive program for new/renewal business
    • Prepare proposals, summary plan descriptions, and benefit guides
    • Assist with census and open enrollment information
    • Resolve claims and billing issues
    • Input new/existing policy data/rewrites/plan changes into management system to ensure trackability of client info
    • Assist in preparation of meeting materials
    • Take and relay messages from clients/carriers/brokers and document in management system

    Qualifications:

    • Life and Health License
    • 3 years of relevant experience
    • Excellent administrative skills
    • Must have a high level of organization, timeliness, and attention to detail
    • Must understand the need for timely responses and have an understanding of confidentiality of information
    • Familiarity with small group marketplace is helpful
    • Able to adapt to new technologies easily
    • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
