Job Summary and Essential Functions:
The HR Communications Manager will provide support of a range of HR communications programs and services in collaboration with the Chief People Officer and the extended HR team. This includes creating original content for employees on relevant topics related to the employee experience at the NBA.
The work of this role is performed primarily in-person as it relates to engagement with internal and external stakeholders. This role travels between 0-15% of the year, depending upon priorities.
