    As a Marketing/Communications Project Manager within our Communications Department, you will be at the forefront of executing strategic communication initiatives to promote our brand, products, and services. You will play a critical role in executing and managing various communication projects to effectively engage our target audience and support marketing objectives. This position requires a combination of strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of marketing principles. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with marketing strategies and deliver projects that enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.

      Execute the timeline of projects over the course of the year.

    • Craft Consistent Brand Messaging and Graphics:
      Be the guardian of our brand's identity, ensuring each message and graphic shines with the brilliance of our company's vision and values.

    • Fuel Innovation in Brand Content Development:
      Dive into the exciting realm of brand content, sales materials, and editorial pieces, driving their development with a passion for innovation and creativity.

    • Steer Multi-Platform Brand Strategy:
      Navigate the ever-evolving landscape of print, web, and social media with finesse, shaping our brand's strategy and fostering community engagement at every turn.

    • Collaborate on Branded Marketing Content:
      Join forces with cross-functional teams to produce compelling marketing materials that leave a lasting impression on our audience.

    • Lead the Charge on Project Calendar Management:
      Take ownership of our project calendar, orchestrating its rhythm in perfect harmony with the Director to seize every opportunity that comes our way.

    • Inspire Team Success Through Mentorship:
      Ignite the flame of success within our team, guiding them to new heights of achievement through mentorship and skill-building initiatives.

    • Maintain Fiscal Responsibility and Approve Invoices:
      Be the steward of our financial resources, ensuring budgets are upheld and invoices are approved with precision and care.

    • Trade Show Logistics:
      Manage trade shows, orchestrating logistics with precision and enthusiasm, ensuring our presence shines brightly on the exhibition floor.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration or a related field

    • Strong English writing, editing, and proofreading skills as well as the ability to present concepts verbally.

    • Confident communicator and presenter

    • Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in print and digital media.

    • Demonstrated ability to drive growth and engagement on social media.

    • Ability to engage with team members of all levels and across departments.

    • Advanced organization abilities

    • Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to cross-functional collaboration.
