Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our retail store. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in driving sales and achieving targets.
Duties:
- Interview, hire, and train new employees
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and product knowledge
- Conduct employee orientations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
- Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner

Skills:
