Maintains frameworks that represent skills and leadership capabilities that are critical to long-term and short-term objectives. Being a Employee Development Specialist supports training, coaching, professional development, and experiential assignments that make up the leadership development strategy. Fosters a culture of informal knowledge exchange, coaching, and training throughout the organization to engage and develop the workforce. Additionally, Employee Development Specialist promotes training and development programs and career pathing initiatives. Prepares analysis and reporting of leadership development efforts and results. May participate in periodic succession planning exercises and talent assessments to ensure critical roles are defined. The Employee Relations Specialist plays a crucial role in fostering a positive and productive work environment by managing and improving relationships between staff and management.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree ( in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or similar HR certification a plus.
Two-Four years related experience in Employee Relations area.
Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws. In-Depth knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations are essential.
This includes understanding laws related to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other areas impacting employee relations.
Ability to speak any other language highly desired.
Proficiency in ADP or other HRIS platforms and full knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs.
