Optima is currently seeking a Employee Development Coordinator to perform various duties to ensure we run at optimal efficiency. The ideal Employee Development Coordinator will be expected to prioritize and balance tasks while working in a fast-paced environment.

Employee Development Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with Provider Onboarding Manager all Providers expirable's  
• Coordinate Trainer Schedule's
• Collect track Provider EMR and Training Checklist
•  Submit forms for all new acquisitions.

Employee Development Coordinator Job Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of Employee Development experience 
• Healthcare experience a plus!
• At least 1 year of ADP experience
• Microsoft Excel experience
• High level of professionalism
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
