The Global Employee Relations (ER) Center of Excellence reports to the Office of the Ombudsman and provides an independent objective guidance and services to assist all business units and functions in achieving their operational goals, positively shape relevant employee experiences and uphold TE’s core values.
Reporting to the Head of Employee Relations, this position will conduct investigations of workplace or ER issues and provide ER related trainings and advice to all businesses and functions.
The successful applicant for this position will interact with various functional areas throughout the company including Legal, HR, Operations, etc.
and will have demonstrated a collaborative nature while working in an Employee Relations function. This position will be based in the United States.
