Job Title: Family Engagement Specialist

Pay Range: $26.44 - $31.25/hour

Schedule: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
SUMMARY
We envision bringing a Family Engagement Specialist on board to the Family Portfolio. The Family Engagement Specialist will work in partnership with the site based Social Workers to develop and deliver evidence-based community engagement activities that support the growth and development of the community through workshops, classes, and groups. The Family Engagement Specialist will initially report to the Director of Supportive Housing Services.
This position is on-site 4 days per week and remote 1 day per week to be negotiated with supervisor. As this position serves families the hours will be 10:30-7pm at least 2-days per week. There is also a possibility of periodic on-site weekend hours.
