Employee Development Specialist implements and supports programs aligned with leadership development strategy and strategic business imperatives to develop management capabilities throughout the workforce. Maintains frameworks that represent skills and leadership capabilities that are critical to long-term and short-term objectives. Being a Employee Development Specialist supports training, coaching, professional development, and experiential assignments that make up the leadership development strategy. Fosters a culture of informal knowledge exchange, coaching, and training throughout the organization to engage and develop the workforce. Additionally, Employee Development Specialist promotes training and development programs and career pathing initiatives. Prepares analysis and reporting of leadership development efforts and results. May participate in periodic succession planning exercises and talent assessments to ensure critical roles are defined. Helps to create slates of individuals identified for leadership development activities. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Employee Development Specialist occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.   • Our team of Early Intervention specialists assess children and provide therapies needed to help children meet developmental milestones. We work with children from birth to three years of age. Most importantly, we bring services to your home or daycare center.

    We are seeking a Developmental Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized and able to work with little supervision. Experience with family centered care, passionate about coaching parents and able to provide strategies to a diverse population. Must be comfortable with being completely community based.

    Our team of Early Intervention specialists assess children and provide therapies needed to help children meet developmental milestones.

    We work with children from birth to three years of age. Most importantly, we bring services to your home or daycare center so your child always feels safe and secure.

    We also work with children who have autism spectrum disorder, feeding concerns, sensory issues, and other medical needs.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Early education or Early intervention required
    • EICS certification preferred.
    • 300 hours of practicum or work experience with young children required (Ages birth to five)
    • First Aid, CPR (infant and child)
    • Spanish speaking encouraged to apply
