Data Analyst / Data Entry

$10.75/hour - $11.00 after 30 days

We are looking for a Data Analyst to work as an Employee Engagement Specialist. As a Data Analyst you will work with our Employee Engagement software to help our clients determine their cause of turnover and using the data generated help to determine what the client needs to do to increase employee retention.

Data Analyst / Employee Engagement Responsibilities:

• Learn our retention tools and technology and have an amazing attitude
• Launch our surveys to the employees of our various clients using our system
• Collect data and insure accuracy so our reporting mechanism is correct 
• Provide training for our clients in the use of our products and services 
• Treat our clients, applicants and fellow associates with the utmost respect. Non-negotiable. 

What you need to succeed:

• High School or GED required. Some or all college preferred.
• A couple years of retail or professional experience is a must. If you have ever worked in data entry or data analysis, that is a Plus!  
• Good with computers and a good understanding of Microsoft Excel.
• Must be absolutely relentless in the pursuit of being the best that you can be.
• An attitude of winning. Because all we do is win, win, win, no matter what.
