As an Assistant Dining Room Manager, you work in collaboration with the kitchen and dining room team ensuring a smooth dinner service. You assist in managing the dining room servers, prepare meals, take orders, and ensure the highest safety standards. You always prioritize safety and quality, maintaining sanitation standards and keeping your station clean.
Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment, and you know how to plan ahead and stay on top of your tasks. You communicate effectively with your team and our residents, always maintaining a high level of professionalism and respect. Your satisfaction comes from gaining kitchen experience while serving excellent food to our residents!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR ASSISTANT DINING ROOM MANAGER
- 1 years of restaurant or elder care dining experience
- Professionalism and managerial skills
