We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Dining Room Server to join our team. As a Dining Room Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is memorable. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Enter orders into the POS system or utilize handheld devices for order processing
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
- Clear tables and clean dining area after guests have finished their meals
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Knowledge of basic math for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Familiarity with POS systems, OpenTable, or other reservation software is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy trays when necessary
