OUR IDEAL DINING ROOM MANAGER

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as an assistant restaurant manager or dining room manager

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 years as an assistant restaurant manager or dining room manager in a fine dining restaurant
• Strong food and beverage knowledge
• Experience providing exemplary customer service
