    • Operational Efficiency: Streamlining processes to maximize efficiency in service, such as optimizing table turn times, minimizing wait times, and coordinating with the kitchen to ensure timely food delivery.

    • Health and Safety: Adhering to health and safety regulations, including sanitation, food handling, and alcohol service laws. Implementing proper cleaning and maintenance procedures.

    • Financial Management: Monitoring sales, revenue, and expenses related to the bar and dining room. Working within budgetary constraints and identifying opportunities to increase profitability.
