As Dining Room Manager you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service in our 700 seat luxury dinner theater.
Your primary responsibilities include :
- Hire and Train an exceptional staff of servers and bartenders
- Create and maintain schedules in a timely manner to keep the restaurant sufficiently staffed at all times
- Maintain high level of service and cleanliness at all times
- Monitor the quality and consistency of all food coming out of the kitchen
- Respond to guest enquiries and requests and resolve any complaints in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Work with Head of IT to train all servers and bartenders on the proper us of the POS system
- Ensure revenue for each shift is accounted for, tips are handled correctly and daily reports balance
- Establish and implement excellent opening and closing procedures to ensure that the dining room is always setup and ready for the next show
- Work with cast to ensure that each guest is greeted and seated in a prompt and courteous manner
