The pay scale varies from $23.00-$27.00/hr ($56.8K-$66.6K) We want to provide you with a good work-life balance. Leaders are expected to work a 45-hour work week, or less depending on your needs. We want you to have the time to spend with your friends and family doing the things you love, while also making good money.
