With a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, we are committed to excellence in everything we do.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets
• Provide leadership and guidance to store managers within the region
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Regional Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to travel within the region as needed

Benefits:

• $55,000-65,000 and up annual salary (Depending on experience) plus health insurance stipend, PTO and holiday pay
