$60,000 - $70,000 yearly

• Lead and mentor the front-of-house staff, fostering a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and guest-focused service.
• Ensure the restaurant is set up for success each day, from table settings to reservation management.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and timely food delivery.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with grace and attentiveness.
• Maintain and enforce restaurant policies, procedures, and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Create and implement training programs to continuously develop and refine the skills of the front-of-house team.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks.

• Proven experience in upscale, full-service dining establishments, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A passion for delivering exceptional service and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in restaurant point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Knowledge of wine and beverage service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
