Employee Health Services Manager is responsible for managing the employee health service functions of the organization. Administers healthcare program operations and supervises subordinate staff. Being an Employee Health Services Manager ensures that all medical records are kept in a manner compliant with appropriate policies and procedures. May be responsible for administering employee physicals, injury related diagnoses, or other types of referrals according to OSHA regulations. Additionally, Employee Health Services Manager may provide consultation regarding workers' compensation, infection control or other employee health related issues. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director or head of a unit/department. Typically requires a registered nurse. The Employee Health Services Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     About the Position: NCBH is looking for a Behavioral Case Manager II for our Woodward Outpatient office. Under general direction this position provides telephone and on-site screening and intervention; interviews consumers and families to explore the needs and resources for those requesting services and participates with an interdisciplinary team in treatment and discharge planning. 

    Job Type/Salary:

    • Annual Salary: up to $45,000 (Salary range is based on experience, tenure and certification)
    • Full compensation range of $50,639 - $63,349 includes base salary, retirement and State paid benefit allowance to help pay for your benefit elections! (based on the number of covered dependents)
    • One (1) Vacancy
    • FLSA Status:  Non-Exempt.  
    • Afterhours Outpatient Services 

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    • Behavioral Health Case Manager II  $40,000 - Requires a baccalaureate degree from an accredited program in a behavioral health field. 
    • Senior Behavioral Health Case Manager II - $45,000 - Requires a bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in a behavioral health or closely related behavioral science field and two (2) years of experience in professional case management behavioral health services.
