Employee Health Services Manager is responsible for managing the employee health service functions of the organization. Administers healthcare program operations and supervises subordinate staff. Being an Employee Health Services Manager ensures that all medical records are kept in a manner compliant with appropriate policies and procedures. May be responsible for administering employee physicals, injury related diagnoses, or other types of referrals according to OSHA regulations. Additionally, Employee Health Services Manager may provide consultation regarding workers' compensation, infection control or other employee health related issues. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director or head of a unit/department. Typically requires a registered nurse. The Employee Health Services Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     Manager Employee (Caregiver) Health *On Site*

    This position will work onsite at 3 different sites each week: St Jude in Fullerton, St Joseph in Orange and Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo.

    The Employee (Caregiver) Health Services (CHS) Manager is responsible for the oversight, coordination and regulatory compliance of CHS daily operations. Provides leadership, direction and general supervision of team members. Coordinates with the EH Regional Director in the development, creation and implementation of programs, policies and procedures both system-wide and to meet local requirements. Responsible for managing labor and department expenses on a daily basis.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (if RN); or Related field (non-RN) or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    • California Registered Nurse License upon hire. Or

    • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

    • 6 years of related experience.

    • 4 years of Leadership experience.

    • Supervising healthcare regulatory compliance.

    • Healthcare related occupation with demonstrated supervisory abilities.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Nurse Occupational Health upon hire.

    • CAP Green Belt upon hire.
