Employee Health Services Manager is responsible for managing the employee health service functions of the organization. Administers healthcare program operations and supervises subordinate staff. Being an Employee Health Services Manager ensures that all medical records are kept in a manner compliant with appropriate policies and procedures. May be responsible for administering employee physicals, injury related diagnoses, or other types of referrals according to OSHA regulations. Additionally, Employee Health Services Manager may provide consultation regarding workers' compensation, infection control or other employee health related issues. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director or head of a unit/department. Typically requires a registered nurse. The Employee Health Services Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     This is a hybrid of work-from-home, and coming to the office as the department needs require. Must have an excellent driving record. Must have high-speed internet.

    JOB DUTIES:

    • Perform site visits and audits, ensure drills and other visits are on schedule
    • Provide Training including but not limited to pre-service and in-service training.
    • Work with family, providers, and other agencies monthly
    • Enforce standard company policies and procedures and ensure all are in compliance.
    • Ensure all clients' visits, files, records, plans, and lists are up-to-date. Maintained according to policy/ procedure.
    • Meet attendance requirements established by the Director.
    • Works a flexible schedule, which can include long hours and weekends.
    • Performs other duties as assigned and needed.

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Self-directed with the ability to think, operate and work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
    • Accepts performance-based criticism and direction.
    • Ability to document and analyze documentation
    • Ability to handle all situations with professionalism and a positive attitude and effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
    • Knowledge of office computer applications and Microsoft Office suite of applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or business management software).

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • High school diploma or GED equivalent, with a minimum of three years of office management experience and/or college degree in a business administration-related field.
    • Experience in a healthcare or corporate environment is preferred.
    • Satisfactory criminal background check.
