Employee Health Services Manager is responsible for managing the employee health service functions of the organization. Administers healthcare program operations and supervises subordinate staff. Being an Employee Health Services Manager ensures that all medical records are kept in a manner compliant with appropriate policies and procedures. May be responsible for administering employee physicals, injury related diagnoses, or other types of referrals according to OSHA regulations. Additionally, Employee Health Services Manager may provide consultation regarding workers' compensation, infection control or other employee health related issues. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director or head of a unit/department. Typically requires a registered nurse. The Employee Health Services Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     Summary:
    This position will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing the overall employee journey within our organization. Responsible for creating and implementing strategies to foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive workplace culture. This role involves collaborating with various departments to design and deliver programs that enhance employee satisfaction, well-being, and professional development. This leader will also need to be highly data-driven and outcome-oriented, ultimately driving and stewarding a range of efforts to address employee experience and support engagement across the company. The leader in this role must establish rapport, credibility, trust, and respect with stakeholders across the organization and work collaboratively with others in a results-oriented manner. Engagement with senior leadership and delivering public presentations are also integral aspects of this role.


    Education:
    Essential:
    * Bachelor's degree in related field required. Master's degree preferred.

    Experience:
    * Five years of related experience with an emphasis on employee engagement and customer service.
    * Experience with Canva, Adobe Express, and Employee Survey tools strongly preferred. Press Ganey or other engagement platforms a plus.
