Employee Health Services Manager is responsible for managing the employee health service functions of the organization. Administers healthcare program operations and supervises subordinate staff. Being an Employee Health Services Manager ensures that all medical records are kept in a manner compliant with appropriate policies and procedures. May be responsible for administering employee physicals, injury related diagnoses, or other types of referrals according to OSHA regulations. Additionally, Employee Health Services Manager may provide consultation regarding workers' compensation, infection control or other employee health related issues. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director or head of a unit/department. Typically requires a registered nurse. The Employee Health Services Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity.     As the Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our operational processes, ensuring compliance, and delivering unparalleled service excellence. The ideal candidate will possess 7-10 years of extensive experience within the financial planning or related industry, specifically in operational management roles.
     
    Responsibilities:
    • Lead the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all facets of our organization.
    • Oversee day-to-day operational activities, including client onboarding, account maintenance, and administrative functions, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to best practices.
    • Manage and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify operational inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement, driving initiatives to streamline processes and elevate service standards.
    • Maintain a strong focus on regulatory compliance, staying abreast of industry regulations and implementing robust controls to mitigate risk.
    • Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to evaluate operational performance, identify trends, and proactively address areas for optimization.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on operational matters, providing guidance and support to internal teams and addressing operational inquiries and escalations.
    • Demonstrate a proven track record of developing and documenting operational procedures for all job functions, ensuring consistency and clarity across the organization.
    • Assist in the training and development of new talent for sales and operational roles, promoting process consistency and excellence as we expand.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
    • 7-10 years of progressive experience in operational management roles within the financial planning or related industry.
    • Strong understanding of operational processes, procedures, and best practices, with a demonstrated ability to drive process improvement initiatives.
    • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software (Preferably Salesforce).
    • Advanced Excel skills.
    • Proven customer service experience within the financial services industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Strong knowledge of financial planning concepts, investment products, and regulatory compliance.
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in fast-paced environments.
    • Proactive and self-motivated mindset, committed to delivering exceptional service.
    • Exceptional phone skills, including proactive outbound calls and effective handling of incoming client inquiries.
    Salary:
    • $85K - $90K

    • 401(k) – first 3% matched at 100% and next 2% matched at 50%
    • Lunch provided daily at the office
    • PTO
    Hours:
    • M-F 8:30am-4:30pm
    • 2 evenings per month for client events
