The Administrative Services Manager is responsible for supervising the administrative, clerical, and custodial support services for Delta Health Alliance.?

MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS:?

• 3-5 years of experience in administrative function?
• Superior communication skills?
• Extreme organizational ability?
• Ability to coordinate the actions of many positions?

RESPONSIBILITIES:?

• Buy, store, and distribute supplies??
• Manage and monitor record storage and office financials?
• Supervise clerical and custodial staff?
• Plan budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies?
• Monitor facilities, communicates and collaborates with Maintenance Staff to ensure safety and maintenance?
• Monitor office training and meeting spaces.
  • Logistical management of the LPC office, i.e., placement of personnel, facility maintenance, security of building, supplies, internal/external meeting planning, etc.
• Submission of office financials including travel, purchases, contract invoices, etc.
• Ensure that the working environment meets safety standards?
• Other duties as assigned by management?
