May be responsible for administering employee physicals, injury related diagnoses, or other types of referrals according to OSHA regulations. Additionally, Employee Health Services Manager may provide consultation regarding workers' compensation, infection control or other employee health related issues. JOB SUMMARY:
The Integrated Behavioral Health Clinical Manager is responsible for clinical supervision, training, and oversight of clinical program staff. In addition, the clinical manager assists with program management, productivity monitoring, and liaising with funders and also carries a small caseload providing direct services to IBH clients. This position reports to the Integrated Behavioral Health Services Manager.
