     Fletcher Financial Group in West Monroe, LA is seeking to add a Client Service Administrator to our team! The ideal candidate will be able to drive prospect and client engagement and rapport, have superb follow-up skills and possess a sharp and engaging, but super-friendly phone style, able to engage via in-depth dialogue, alongside great listening skills. This role will also help create, oversee, and implement a unique, individualized client experience – making them feel part of a family - not an account number. 
     
    Job Description:
    The purpose of this position is to be the face and personality that our clients and soon-to-be clients will hear and see first. In addition, you will oversee marketing campaigns and coordinating client and educational events in the office and in our community.

    • Associates Degree preferred
    • Financial Industry experience preferred

    Responsibilities:
    This Client Service Administrator will be expected to have consistent follow-through with all efforts, build relationships with prospects and clients, and help prepare the Advisor for client appointments. Other daily, weekly, and monthly tasks may include:
    • Receive incoming client service calls in a friendly manner
    • Complete each service request and resolve client issues
    • Complete and process all applications for business submitted by Advisor
    • Prepare client review summary for upcoming appointments
    • Maintain professional communication with clients and staff
    • Assist with client updates, reports, and mailings
    • Assist in setting client appointments
    • Attend and coordinate seminars, client events and networking venues
    • Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities to help ensure all efforts serve to achieve campaign objectives
    • Coordinate with and respond to third-party marketing vendors
    • Maintain inventory of marketing materials, ensuring all resources are accurate and available
    • Oversee and respond to incoming messages on social media and online appointment software
    Salary:
    • $17 -19/hr.
    Hours:
    • 32 hours weekly with the potential to go to 40 hours in the future
