Employee Health Services Manager is responsible for managing the employee health service functions of the organization. Administers healthcare program operations and supervises subordinate staff. Being an Employee Health Services Manager ensures that all medical records are kept in a manner compliant with appropriate policies and procedures. May be responsible for administering employee physicals, injury related diagnoses, or other types of referrals according to OSHA regulations. Additionally, Employee Health Services Manager may provide consultation regarding workers' compensation, infection control or other employee health related issues. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director or head of a unit/department. Typically requires a registered nurse. The Employee Health Services Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. You’ll be responsible for keeping our financial records organized, including tracking accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, and ensuring that accounts are reconciled.

    Responsibilities

    · Prepare monthly, quarterly and year‐end financial statements.

    · Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger and financial records.

    · Payroll and payroll taxes.

    · File tax reports and make payments in various states and contact state tax agencies as needed.

    · Perform account, balance sheet, and monthly bank statement reconciliations.

    · Track and categorize all expenditures, including business expenses of owners.

    · Prepare annual operating budgets.

    · Assist management with special projects and other tasks as assigned.

    · Report to the owners.

    Ideal Candidate Skills & Qualities

    · At lease three years of general accounting experience.

    · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is preferred, but not required.

    · Speak clearly, concisely and effectively.

    · Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, professional and help create, develop, and implement project process improvements.

    · Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision.

    · Proficient on MS Office and QuickBooks

    · Must possess proven problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills and strong organizational skills.

    · Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and discrepancies.

    Job Type: Part-time

    Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
