Employee Health Services Manager is responsible for managing the employee health service functions of the organization. Administers healthcare program operations and supervises subordinate staff. Being an Employee Health Services Manager ensures that all medical records are kept in a manner compliant with appropriate policies and procedures. May be responsible for administering employee physicals, injury related diagnoses, or other types of referrals according to OSHA regulations. Additionally, Employee Health Services Manager may provide consultation regarding workers' compensation, infection control or other employee health related issues. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director or head of a unit/department. Typically requires a registered nurse. The Employee Health Services Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     About the Position: As the Employee Assistance Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the ODMHSAS statewide Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Reporting to the Director of Recovery Supports, you will oversee the administration and coordination of services designed to support the well-being of our employees.

    • Primary Working Hours are M-F; 8-5

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
    Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related mental health field, public health administration, business, or public administration, or related degree two years of professional experience in the behavioral health field
    • OR Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related mental health field, public health administration, business, or public administration, or related degree three years of professional experience in the behavioral health field
    • Preference may be given to applicants that are under supervision for licensure or fully licensed as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LADC/MH, or LBP
    Special Requirements:
    • Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position and as such have a valid driver’s license
